Vouchersmate or Giftvouchersmate, is an online portal from Avenir Labs enabling you to extend your gifting to your friends and family by providing you with gift vouchers from more then 1000 brands applicable across thousands of merchant locations across more then 40 cities in India and in varied interests so be it a spa or a beauty salon, gym or a dance class, pub and lounge, fine dining restaurants, multi brand outlets like Shopperstop, lifestyle, home décor, bookstores, destination vacations and so much more…
At VM, our effort is to create a bespoke personal gifting experience for the sender and the receipient, so we will create a unique personal gifting experience for all our customers with personalized greeting cards for every occasion, calendars, photo-album, coasters, t-shirts, coffee-mugs and a lot of more options to make it special and memorable for both of special U!

HOW DO I USE MY GIFT VOUCHERS?
Every gift voucher comes along with the merchant brand name, you can redeem the gift voucher at any of merchants locations unless specified. Please feel free to call our helpline or email us for us to book your visit to the merchant location to avoid any hassles.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
Nope. Just offices and a warehouse. However if you are in Central Delhi near CP feel free to call us and drop in and share your VM story with us over a nice hot/cold coffee?
CAN I ORDER INTERNATIONALLY?
Of course. You can order from any location Europe, America, Asia, Australia, China, UAE or … anywhere...everywhere. We've been shipping all across India as well now so no matter where your friend or family is in India if our merchant has a location there, we will get there!
WHAT ARE THE RESTRICTIONS FOR USING A GIFT VOUCHERS?

HOW DO I SIGN IN?
1. Simply click the link that appears at the top our home page entitled "Log in." 2. On the next page, enter your e-mail address and password. The next time you visit our home page, you will once again be greeted by your name.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD OR I CAN'T SIGN IN.
Forgot Your Password? We will send your password to your e-mail address on record with us. This way, you can securely change your password to whatever you want. Reset your password. Reset your password now.
WHEN WILL MY VOUCHER EXPIRE?
Every gift voucher carries the expiry date, and would vary for every merchant.
WHAT IF MY VOUCHER ISN'T HONORED BEFORE IT EXPIRES?
The merchant is obligated to honor the voucher through the applicable expiration. If that doesn't happen, then contact us at team@vouchersmate.com and we will refund the amount you paid for your voucher in the form of a credit for future purchases we like to call it the "VM Clam".
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes.
Please refer to our cancellation, refund & exchange policy.
CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY ORDER?
Yes in the form of VMoney. vouchersmate will provide a refund if you change your mind within five fourteen days after you've purchased your voucher and want to "return" the unused voucher. However, 20 % of the transaction amount would be deducted as per the refund/exchange policy . The amount would then be credited to your vouchersmate account in the form of VMoney.
After that, we do not provide refunds except that we will provide a refund if you are unable to redeem a voucher because the merchant has gone out of business and in that case the user would get full value of his money and the same would be credited to his account at vouchersmate.. Our goal is cent percent gratification. If you have had an unsatisfactory experience let us know at team@vouchersmate.com. While we do not guarantee a refund except as noted above, we will try to address to your concerns.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY GIFT HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED?
That shouldn't happen, but in the event of any issues, Contact us or call us at +91 (0) 7838951900. Your peace of mind is important to us.
HOW DO I UPLOAD A PHOTO FOR THE PERSONALIZED GIFTS?
You just need to email us a high resolution image. Images will be resized , so it's just a case of sending your image via email to us at team@vouchersmate.com with your order no.
HOW DO I GET A JOB AT VOUCHERSMATE?
