Giftsmate or vouchersmate, is an online gifts marketplace from Avenir Labs enabling you to extend your gifting to your friends and family by providing you with Unique Gifting ideas, Personalized Gifts, Gift Vouchers, Greeting Cards from hundreds of brands across thousands of merchant locations across India.
At Giftsmate, our effort is to create a bespoke personal gifting experience for the sender and the receipient, so we will create a unique personal gifting experience for all our customers with personalized greeting cards for every occasion, Photo Gifts, T-shirts, Coffee Mugs, Engraved Gifts, Apparels & Jewelry, Flowers & Cakes, Gourmet Gifts, Aprons and a lot of more options to make it special and memorable for both of special U!

Q. I am not in India, can I place the order for my family and friends in India?
Of course. You can order from any location Europe, America, Asia, Australia, China, UAE or … anywhere...everywhere. We've been shipping all across India as well now so no matter where your friend or family is in India, our gifts will certainly reach them. Q. How do I login?
1. Simply click the link that appears at the top of our home page entitled Log in .
2. On the next page, enter your e-mail address and password. The next time you visit our home page, you will once again be greeted by your name.
Q. I can't login, I may've lost my password or forgot my password.
Forgot Your Password? We will send your password to your e-mail address on record with us. This way, you can securely change your password to whatever you want. Click here to Reset your password.
Q. What is the total cost for creating, purchasing and sending a personalized gift?
Personalization is always free! All you're charged is the price of the gift, any applicable sales tax and shipping.
Q. Can I edit my order after it's placed?
We're sorry, but once you place your order it cannot be edited. Please be extra sure everything is exactly how you want it before ordering. However, if you'd like to change your delivery date or update an address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to update this part of your order for you.
Q. If I order someone say a card and gift or multiple gifts, will they arrive together?
We do our best to coordinate the delivery timing of all the gifts together but at times as these gifts are sourced from different merchants and hence mean different schedules there can be a different delivery schedule for them, for all scheduled orders. Cakes & Flowers are never delivered with other gift items. All gift orders include a message on the packing slip informing the lucky recipient who has sent them the gift.
Q. Can you deliver my gift on Sunday?
Yes if your gift has only flowers or a cake it can be delivered on Sunday. However, if your gift has any other gift item, you will need to place a request with us so we can deliver it with your cake or flower order on Sunday while the other gift items are delivered on next possible business day! Sorry but none of the shipping companies in India deliver on Sunday :(
Q. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes; we never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a key or lock icon at the bottom of your browser window.
Q. Which credit cards or payment types are accepted?
We accept all International & Indian Debit, Credit Cards and netbanking with Indian banks, also following cards and mode of payments are acceptable at Giftsmate:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, and Netbanking (Indian Banks).
Q. I need to deposit cash. I need your bank details.

Q. I bought this gift last week and now it's on an offer.
Occasionally, we adjust the pricing on our gifts. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can't provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you purchased it. To be notified of when gifts have any special offer, you can subscribe to our e-mail newsletter or follow us on Facebook.
Q. I forgot to use my coupon!
We are sorry but we can not apply a coupon to an already existing order, please save it for next time!
Q. Why are you not replying to my emails?
Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts or check your spam box as we always answer all vouchersmate.com related questions within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays).
Q. Where will my Gifts ship from?
Our Gifts are shipped from where we are based at Minto Road, New Delhi. Your gifts may occassionally be shipped separately on the rare occassion that we are out of stock of any gift you ordered and hence is shipped directly from the manufacturer. If this happens we will notify you in advance.
Q. How can I find out about your new Gifts and Offers?
We have a mailing list which you can join if you wish (see the footer), or just check the site from time to time. If you bookmark us in delicious, stumbleupon or any other social bookmarking site then you will also help us reach other people.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can unless they have gone for dispatch or have been already processed. In such cases, we would not be able to cancel your order. For more details, please refer to our cancellation, refund & exchange policy.
Q. Can I get a refund for my order?
Orders are only refunded in case of the delivery of a damaged product/wrong product. For more details, Please refer to our refunds policy here.
Q. What to do if my gift hasn't been delivered?
That shouldn't happen, but in the event of any issues, Contact us or call us at +91 (0) 7838951900 or email to us at email@example.com. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Q. How do I upload a picture to personalize my gift?
All Gifts which could be personalized with Images, now have a Upload Photo Tab. Kindly upload your photograph from the same page and we will personalize your gift as suggested.
Q. I don’t want you to include the bill in the order. It’s a Gift! Can you please remove it from the bill?
Sorry, for all parcels sent through Courier agencies it is mandatory to include an invoice on it. These are courier agency’s laws, Can’t help ! Sorry!
Q. Do you Gift Wrap my order?
Yes, we do!
Q. I have a message for my gift recipient. Can you put that in?
Yes, ofcourse we can. A complimentary greeting card with your messages is also sent with all the orders.
